The Little Things She Needs

There are so many unexpected things happening around us everyday. Just like in the movie or reality show... One day you are just a normal kids, and the next day, you joined a reality show. And a month later, you won millions and famous. Isn't that fantastic? Well.. not in my case. But what I wanted to say is yes... unexpected things happened to me as well. It is becoming so unexpected until I'm living in the present and not in the past nor the future. Remember, I started baking during last hari raya. That was just for fun. Somehow, Allah the Almighty, has a different path for my family and I. It all started by giving my hands to help a friend in need..ok that''s a good intention right? So I get good rewards for that? Hopefully... Nita asked if I could make cookies for her wedding favour... cookies in a jar. Being such a nice and sweet friend, how could I say no, right Nita? hehe.. just kidding. I can't remember exactly how many years ago.. maybe 4 or 5, made a plan with Nadia to visit Istanbul. We wanted to explore and understand Turkish life not as a tourist but as a traveler or even better as local. But the plan got postponed year after year..  Finally, my time for Istanbul come earlier than Nadia, and December 2012 is month where i'm fated to be in the grand Blue Mosque, understand the history of Ayasofya, drink Turkish tea and enjoy Apple tea, and most importantly, make new turkish friends. So I was there with my sisters during winter season. What to expect other than windy days. And the colors are  so dull. I'm not black, white and brown kind of person. More of pink, yellow, orange, purple, blue, and green. Haha.. yes. bringht and bold. That's me.  Great, it was raining as we walk out from the Ataturk airport. So I quick make my prayer to God, "God,  please stop the rain. I want to walk out and enjoy my first day in Istanbul". Then w

10 days after 1 January 2013... I still want to wish all of you.. happy new year! Sorry for being away all this while. So many things going on at the same time and most importantly, December is always the best month of the year. That's the month for me to enjoy myself to the fullest. Will share with you soon. Btw, my first post in this blog was on 9 January 2012. Its been a year! Happy Anniversary to my little world of my own. Hope this is just not a little place for just myself to express my thought but it brings colors to your life as well. The little things that I need this morning was a good morning walk with good company and yummy breakfast..sadly, today is only Wednesday and I'm back to reality. In the land where I'm at, morning walk can only happen once in a blue moon. So, I really don't know when will it happen again. But I had the best morning walk (so far for this year...)
