The Little Things She Needs

Few things happen which makes me realized, all you need to do is ask. Communication is the only thing that can resolve the issue. I'm sure 13 years of friendship means more than just hang out for a cup of coffee. At this stage each one of us has their own priority, own path, own goals, and own set of life. All we need to do is be there when needed and support each other.  Sensitivity... you just need it like sugar in a coffee.. not too much until it gives you bad disease and not too little until you don't enjoy the coffee.  Something to think about. 

Friends do come and go but true friends will always be there to support you when you need a shoulder to cry on, to laugh at your joke, to critic you fashion sense and of course, to share your happiness. This is a story about a friend of mine, from Guadalajara. After a year plus, she is here again for a week on business trip. I'm so glad that she was able to get some times to hang out with me and exchange stories. 2 years ago, she was here in KL for the first time and that was the first time we met. Even though we don't chat everyday or tell each other updates every month.. but we are good friends. She helped me a lot when I had to go to Mexico for the first time all by myself and definitely it is an honor to return her big favor when she is in my country. The big news is she's getting married in May! Very happy for you girl! She even shared with me how she actually accepted him because he is persistent and she knows he really love her even after few rejections. hehe.

Hotel for Siem Reap booked for June short vacation! Hooray!!! I've had a super busy week at work this week due to all the backlog from last week.. Last week was unproductive week as I was having issues with my tooth... when my tooth is in pain, my brain just cannot function as normal.  It hibernated every 1 hours for at least an hour. After a day lazying around at home, Sunday late lunch, spending time and exchange stories with mama and sisters... I decided to make a new post of what happened over the weekend.  No photos for my lazy Sunday. haha... but I have photos from 2 birthday parties... kids parties ok! Since I love parties.. I don't mind attending one tho I don't have my own kids to bring. First party....Hanna Jasmine turns 8 party! At first I thought the party starts at 3pm...so I make a plan to help my friend to set up her's at noon, then run over to GE mall for Hanna's, and come back for her son's birthday party which only starts at 5pm..that's the ideal way. However, a day before the event, Hanna's mum text me to tell the party time is now 12.30noon. Gosh... I need to make a new plan now... so I told my friend, Baa, I will be slightly late. One of my nightmare is to go to the dentist. Not to mention... I'm having it for the past one week. Twice visit to the dentist in a week make me crave for cupcakes more and more. Weekend went by very slow... nothing much activity besides visits to my hangout place, Starbucks. Hey, you know what?.. they have a new cup. All white, no green at all, very clean looks... i like it so much!  My job is giving me flexibility to work from home. This the best benefit ever! As you know.. working from home is not a norm for Malaysian. And to work away from your boss requires high level of trust from them. To me... it is depends on the nature of your job. If it can be done from home why can't we have this flexibility, right? Technology is advance enough, there's no limit and no boundaries, which makes it all possible for a work do be done remotely.
