Every December, I will look back at my new year’s resolution. I didn’t manage to achieve all 2011 resolutions but at least more than half from the list. Being an optimistic person, I am thinking to shorten the list for this year. But does it really matter if you achieve 10% or 100% of your goals by December 2012? To me, what matter the most is the journey. Don’t worry if you keep on repeating the same resolution for 5 years down the road. Most importantly, how those goals actually transformed you to be a better person. Today, while watching 500 days of summer, I was actually thinking how to spice up my life… Not that I’m not happy with it but my brain just don’t know how to rest. Weekly dose @ PS Cafe (Singapore)

When everyone are enjoying long weekend in Kuala Lumpur, I had to get up early on a Sunday. But no complain cause I am flying to the city of Lion, Singapore. Well, i'm in Singapore for a week for work. It is going to be a busy week... and yet i am taking a few minutes... to post my updates. Had my lunch at PS Cafe, Palais @ Orchard Road . The ambiance is so welcoming and I can picture myself enjoying my cuppa coffee and the dessert. I was so full from my lunch and no space for dessert this time. Maybe I will make another trip before going back to KL. I love the interior so much, especially the tiles! I will post more pics next time. I only have pics from my BB now. I have a big mission this time..... to look for a handmade carpet from uncle shop (not my uncle ok!) at Arab St. This shop has all the lovely items from India. Nadia's fav item is the silk scarves. She even ordered a few...as usual. I dragged my colleague to follow me to shop before we go out for dinner

Waiting....

I don't like to wait. I hate when my friend tell me this...."I want to tell you something but you need to wait until we meet up". Please.... now days, technology is everywhere. We have phone, skype, email, and for my circle of friends, we text each other via BBM (blackberry messenger). Waiting is seriously testing your patience. Sometimes, it is good but most of the time, it is nerves racking. Let me share with you what happen on New Year's Eve recently. Few days before the event day, we were exchanging emails planning for get-together BBQ at Aida's place, deciding on the menu and games. Everyone is so excited to see her new house. But things didn't go as planned. Aida fall sick. Her hands are all numbs and cold. Her heart beats very fast. Around 6ish in the evening, she insist for her hubby has to take her to the emergency room (ER) @ Putrajaya Hospital.
